Single-Armed Clean and Press
In this 3 and a half minute video, the single-armed clean and press is shown along with common errors that are typically made when trying to learn the movement.
This movement is a good addition to most people’s fat loss programs because it’s such a large movement. The movement basically starts on the ground and ends overhead. By doing so, it incorporates most, if not all, of the large muscles in the body.
The best time to add this movement is after you’ve done a heavy primary movement, such as a Deadlift as this will help power at the hips, while not interfering with the strength needed for that primary movement.
