Just 3 Links this Week ~ A book, a look at what you’re doing wrong and a laugh:

1 – The Book:  This week I’ve been reading Charles Poliquin’s updated “Ask Coach Poliquin” book.  If you don’t know too much about what how his mind works, this book is a great place to start.  If you do, this book is a great refresher and if you know a lot, but want more details, this book is great.  Needless to say, that’s what I’ve been reading.  I read a lot of books – but I have a feeling this one will be frequently referenced.  I can’t recommend it enough.

Read Ask Coach Poliquin.

2 – The Look:  Cracked had an article, 7 Things You Won’t Believe You’re all Doing Wrong.

Basically it says we’re doing everything wrong from breathing, “pooping” and sleeping.  Awesome!

It’s one of the most thought-provoking (especially about the sleep) and insightful articles I’ve read in a fun manner in a while:

“Chances are the pooping facility nearest you is a sitting toilet, a relatively recent invention that flushed its way into mankind’s heart with the advent of indoor plumbing in the 19th century. Indoor plumbing has turned out pretty well for the most part, but the pooping style that came with it definitely has not.”

3 – The Laugh:  Bruno Mars Grenade Parody

Anyone that’s listened to the lyrics know that they’re absolutely ridiculous – This video is Amazing.
