Fun Day Fridays ~ 4/1/2011
Almost everywhere I go, people ask me for advice about nutrition, working out and supplements. Most of the random conversations I have are with people that are genuinely interested – I’m not saying they take my advice, but they’re genuinely interested. Christian Thibaudeau, I think is an amazing trainer – and he wrote a whole post about how his wife doesn’t listen to him when it comes to training. All of a sudden, I don’t feel so bad. Here’s a small excerpt:
“When it comes to training and transforming the body, there is a thing that I call “the proximity phenomenon”.
Actually there are two versions of this phenomenon…
The first one could also be called the “ab roller syndrome”. And it could be described as: “The likelyhood of you sticking to a program exponentially decreases the closer the equipment gets”… the typical example of this is when you buy an ab roller… it will invariably end up in your garage collecting dust.
You always tell yourself “well, it’s right there… I can always do it later”… and most often you end up not doing it at all.”

With that said, the rest of this post is just about the Get Sexy and Fit website. I must say, I HATE making websites – but this definitely looks better than the first one I made a couple of years ago.
This is the women’s website for personal training in Hoboken. I still have more work to do (mainly adding some posts specifically for women and actually making a video of myself – not looking forward to that), but for now everything is actually up and running.
With that said, I’m thinking on the home page, I should offer more than just a free consultation – like a video of my Top 7 Ab Exercises – or something like that. What would spur you to actually put your name and email – the Free Consultation or a video of The Top 7 Ab Exercises?
